As a result, on the back of their win over Watford, Tottenham are set to finish the day sitting pretty atop the Premier League table.
Spurs’ north London rivals Arsenal, on the other hand, sit rock bottom of the division, with a -9 goal difference.
This situation has seen a rather interesting stat come to light, albeit one which is unlikely to please too many Arsenal fans, following the succession of concerning takeaways which stemmed from their side’s loss to Manchester City on Saturday.
