Baningime joins Hearts
To begin with, Everton have moved to trim their squad through the sale of Beni Baningime. The 22 year old midfielder failed to make an impact on the club’s first team squad, managing just 12 appearances across all competitions.

As a result, it has come as no surprise to see him depart Merseyside this summer. Everton took to social media to confirm that the Congolese midfielder has joined Scottish Premier League side Hearts on a permanent deal earlier this evening. The deal is not thought to have netted the Toffees a transfer fee.
Angelo Fulgini price named
Meanwhile, Everton target Angelo Fulgini has seen his price tag named by Angers.
The 24 year old midfielder, who scored ten and assisted a further six last season, is thought to be attracting interest from a wide array of Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace, Everton and Newcastle.

As per the report, published in the Daily Mail, the creative midfielder has been valued at 12 million pounds, which could see clubs begin a bidding war for his services.
Will Everton be a part of it?
Dumfries transfer delayed due to FFP
A deal that many thought was already done, in the form of Denzel Dumfries joining Everton, has had to be put on hold for FFP reasons, according to Eindhoven reporter Rik Elfrink.
As per Elfrink, Everton need to sell before they can confirm the signing of the Dutch full-back, in order to comply with Financial Fair Play. As quoted in Calciomercato, the journalist explained that:
“We know that Everton are interested in him, but they have to wait because of the rules in England and the Financial Fair Play. It’s impossible for them to get a player now.
“Normally, you don’t see him in a PSV shirt anymore. If nothing materialises, at some point, he might even return to training, but I don’t really expect that.
“I expect the transfer to happen soon because Denzel already said in January that he wanted to leave, and so it can’t be a surprise.”
After his impressive Euro2020 performances, Everton fans will be hoping that this development is just a minor hiccup in a deal for Dumfries.
